Who is Ginni and what is she up to?
I am so glad I live in a country that inspires the young to think about what they want to do with their lives. I was in the third grad when I decided I wanted to be a teacher. I never swayed from that goal all through my schooling. I loved teaching both elementary school and high school. The kids were wonderful and I truly felt great about being a part of their lives. Then in my twenties I bought my first home and it happened: I started thinking it would be fun to be a realtor. I studied and obtained my real estate license and for a few years taught school by day, and sold real estate evenings and weekends.
Being the mother of a handicapped daughter, my schedule required me to give up my teaching career, so real estate took a front seat. And now, here I am, with wonderful memories of both careers. I can’t believe I have been in real estate over 25 years and still enjoy going to work every day. The referrals I have received through the years are a good reminder of the many lives I have been a part of. Living in a small town like Silverton, I cross paths with clients on a daily basis. What a compliment of their lives and pass my name on to friends and relatives. This truly is a wonderful place to live.
